Job summary

Kaleidoscope Education Solutions is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist in San Tan Valley, AZ for flexible 3-5 day work weeks as an independent contractor.

You will evaluate students, develop OT goals aligned to IEPs, and provide direct and consultative OT services in school settings, collaborating with teachers, parents, and service providers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program with required fieldwork.
• Active Arizona OT license and successful completion of the NBCOT exam.
• Ability to evaluate students' needs and develop OT goals aligned to IEPs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate students' functional and educational needs related to fine motor, sensory, and self-help skills.
• Develop and implement IEP-aligned OT goals to support student access to the educational curriculum.
• Provide direct and consultative OT services in classrooms and school settings.

• Maintain compliant documentation and progress reports per IDEA, district, and state requirements.
