Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education or related field required.
• PA Instructional II teaching certificate required or eligible.
• Experience with curriculum programs and standards recommended.
• Two years as Curriculum Coach or similar role preferred.
• Three years teaching experience; high school preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; independent work habits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct model lessons and classroom observations with next-step support for teachers.
• Support classroom management techniques and provide resources and toolkits.
• Co-plan or co-teach, then reflect and debrief with teachers.
• Lead PD workshops and assist teachers with skillful instruction.
• Understand and apply the Danielsen Framework in practice.
• Identify instructional strategies and interventions to boost student achievement.
• Assist schools with data review and planning next steps teaching.
• Complete Catapult Learning paperwork within supervisor timelines.
• Maintain documentation in Catapult's system and align pacing with standards.
