Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, partners with K-12 schools to provide intervention programs and teacher development. We are seeking a Curriculum Coach to support high school teachers through co-planning, co-teaching, and reflective practice aligned to state standards.

The role emphasizes guiding instructional improvements, providing strategies, and supporting teachers with resources. Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities exist within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• PA Instructional II teaching certificate required.
• Master's degree in education or related field.
• Experience: at least two years as Curriculum Coach (preferred).
• Three years of teaching experience; high school experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct model lessons and classroom observations with teachers.
• Provide resources, techniques, and toolkits for classroom management.
• Co-plan or co-teach with teachers and debrief afterwards.
• Lead professional development workshops when needed.
• Maintain documentation and ensure alignment with standards.
