Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One of the following: Associate degree or 48 credits or 72 quarter hours or ParaPro exam.
• Experience supporting students with diverse needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students individually or in small groups under supervision.
• Assist with implementing the goals and objectives of the IEP for each student.
• Prepare and adapt lessons and activities as directed by the teacher.
• Assist with planning and preparing homework activities for students.
• Assist and/or instruct students in computer usage and operation.
• Monitor groups during interaction times and report concerns to teachers.
