Job summary

American Leadership Academy Inc. is seeking passionate candidates for PreK-12 teaching roles in English, Math, Science and History, as well as School Administrator positions. The ideal candidate will have experience in public schools and Islamic schools, building strong relationships with students, parents and staff.

Reporting to the School Principal, you will support schedules, admissions and compliance. The role offers a flexible schedule (approximately 25-40 hours per week), on-site work, and

Qualifications

• College grad preferred with teaching experience.
• Experience in teaching/tutoring and school operations required.
• Experience in Islamic K-12 School or Masjid Operations preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with students, parents, teachers and partner organizations.
• Experience teaching PreK-12 subjects and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, management and teachers with organizing schedules and events.
• Assist with admissions and communicate with parents and community members.
• Maintain enrollment, attendance and disciplinary records.
• Coordinate travel to ALA school sites and assist with staff training.
• Ensure compliance with Cognia and federal/state guidelines.
• Develop partnerships with local organizations and initiatives.
• Design lesson plans and educate students in semi-classroom settings.
• Document progress reports and provide constructive feedback.
