Job summary

CPL is seeking a seasoned architect with a passion for K-12 learning environments to lead our K-12 Education Practice. You will cultivate strategic client relationships, drive new opportunities, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver student-centered design solutions.

With 12+ years and RA licensure, you will shape strategy, champion stakeholder engagement, and contribute to CPL's growth as a trusted partner for school districts and educational institutions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in architecture or design with leadership of projects and client relationships.
• Proven success in developing K-12 client partnerships and growing project pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of educational facility planning, design, construction, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of multiple projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and guide strategies, work plans, and solutions.
• Allocate resources and oversee financial performance including budgeting and forecasting.
• Mentor leaders, strengthen CPL's reputation, and grow the K-12 Education Practice.
