Job summary

CPL’s Georgia K-12 practice seeks a seasoned leader to drive growth, cultivate district partnerships, and mentor teams delivering innovative, student-centered learning environments. You will lead pursuits, guide multidisciplinary teams, and champion CPL’s role as a premier design partner for school districts.

You bring 12+ years in architecture with RA licensure, strong leadership and business acumen to shape strategy, manage client engagements, and grow the project pipeline across Georgia."

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Architecture and RA licensure required.
• 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years leading projects, teams and client relationships.
• Proven success developing K-12 client partnerships, generating new opportunities, and growing a project pipeline.
• Strong understanding of educational facility planning, design, construction, and project delivery.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and business acumen with the ability to influence and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Practice Growth & Business Development: build and maintain relationships with school districts and stakeholders; identify, pursue and secure new opportunities; lead proposals and ensure revenue growth.
• Client Leadership: act as trusted advisor, lead presentations and workshops, ensure exceptional client experiences.
• Project & Operational Leadership: oversee multiple projects, guide teams, allocate resources, manage budgets and ensure quality.
• Strategic Leadership: monitor trends, shape strategy, collaborate with leadership to execute initiatives.
