The Account Executive, Education, drives new business growth with K–12 schools and districts, managing the full sales cycle and building trusted relationships with education leaders to advance Yondr's mission of phone-free learning environments.

Qualificações

• Five (5) or more years of professional sales experience with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline development.
• Ability to travel up to 60% to support customer meetings, conferences, and business development activities.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to generate new business opportunities with K–12 schools and school districts.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, referrals, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Conduct in-person meetings, virtual presentations, phone calls, and email outreach to establish relationships with school administrators and district decision-makers.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals through effective pipeline management and disciplined sales execution.
• Identify and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other competitive bid opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements with prospective customers.
