Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead commercial and K-12 construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality work on occupied campuses.

You will oversee pre-construction through close-out, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate with school districts, architects, and contractors, and enforce safety and regulatory compliance while minimizing disruption to students and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Experience with pre-construction planning and scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera).
• Experience with construction management platforms (Procore, PlanGrid or similar).
• Knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and OSHA safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from pre-construction through close-out for commercial and K-12 construction projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams; enforce quality control and safety standards.
• Serve as primary client and owner representative, communicating with school districts and stakeholders.
• Manage procurement, change orders, and contract administration with general contractor team.
• Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and document progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting requirements, and safety regulations (OSHA).
• Prepare and deliver project reports, close-out docs, warranties, and as-built drawings.
