Job summary

The Greenridge Group, a prime contractor and consulting firm, seeks Construction Managers (Owner Authorized Representatives) to oversee major K-12 facilities projects for the Los Angeles Unified School District.

You will serve as the District's representative, managing budgets, timelines, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient completion in line with District standards. OAR I or II level based on experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in construction management or related leadership roles.
• Experience managing commercial, public agency, educational, or institutional construction projects.
• Experience overseeing budgets, schedules, contractor performance, and change management.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• CCM certification may substitute for degree requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of assigned projects from pre-construction to occupancy.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, public agencies, and District stakeholders.
• Review schedules, submittals, RFIs/RFCs, and change orders.
