Job summary

Time To Teach is expanding its national trainer network and seeks experienced K-12 educators to deliver classroom management and student engagement training. This is flexible, remote-friendly independent contractor work with no quotas, complete materials, and a trainer certification program.

Trainers bring classroom credibility and can fit the work around full-time jobs or retirement. Compensation is per training event, with nationwide opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be a current or retired K-12 teacher, instructional coach, administrator, principal, professor, counselor, or education consultant
• Love presenting, coaching, or leading adult learners
• Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Want work that fits your life (many of our trainers keep their full-time positions)

Responsibilities

• Deliver research-based professional development that teachers can use Monday morning, not someday
• Help schools and districts strengthen classroom management, instruction, and student engagement with strategies refined over 30+ years
• Serve public, private, and charter schools nationwide, drawing on your own real-world experience
• Represent Time To Teach with the three P's we look for: personality, professionalism, and passion for the educators you serve
