Job summary

Concorde Education seeks independent instructional contractors to provide business, finance, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship enrichment for K–12 students. Assignments are on-site at partner schools and vary by grade level, schedule, curriculum, and resources.

Contractors may choose to apply, accept, decline, or ignore opportunities; compensation is based on assignment scope and accepted terms.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include 60 college credits as required by assignment.
Experience in business, finance, accounting, economics, entrepreneurship, marketing, management, banking, investing, or related disciplines.
Experience teaching, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, training, or leading activities with school-age students.

Responsibilities

Plan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate business, finance, and entrepreneurship sessions.
Introduce students to foundational financial literacy and entrepreneurship concepts through interactive discussions and projects.
Adapt instruction based on student levels, site requirements, and available resources and objectives.
Support students in developing business ideas, budgets, marketing plans, and financial decision-making skills.
Maintain a safe, respectful, age-appropriate learning environment.
Communicate assignment-related needs with Concorde and school staff as appropriate.
Complete a brief session completion form after each scheduled session.
Follow site safety, visitor, and student-protection procedures.
