Qualifications

• Hold a B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution.
• License to teach in Michigan (Michigan State teaching license).
• Experience working with K-12 students.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of subject matter relevant to student needs.
• Reliable transportation to campus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver daily lesson plans.
• Provide individualized assistance to students.
• Regularly communicate student progress to caregivers or supervisors.
• Monitor and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success.
• Maintain accurate attendance and session reports.
• Work with 15–20 students per class.
