Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County seeks a part-time JVenture Program Manager to lead its entrepreneurship incubator across the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast, overseeing day-to-day operations, cohort programming, and participant experience.

You will build relationships with mentors, funders, and partners, leverage AI tools to improve delivery, and guide growth from part-time to full-time as JVenture expands.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in entrepreneurship, startup ecosystems, venture support, business development, innovation programs, accelerator or incubator management.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects, programs, or entrepreneurial initiatives.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with entrepreneurs, founders, mentors, investors, or startup communities preferred.
• Knowledge of AI tools and technologies to improve productivity and program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day management and execution of the JVenture program.
• Coordinate program activities, timelines, deliverables, and processes.
• Develop and manage annual program plans and implementation schedules.
• Oversee cohort-based entrepreneurship programming and participant experience.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of mentors and partners.
• Support fundraising, donor engagement, and stakeholder communications.
