Qualifications

• Combination of education and experience necessary to perform the tasks outlined in this job description.
• Must have (or willing to obtain) current PA Criminal, PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprint History Background Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Assist with practice planning and skill development for JV athletes.
• Teach core softball skills: hitting, fielding, throwing, pitching and base running.
• Promote sportsmanship, respect, effort, accountability and character on and off the field.
• Support the head coach and varsity staff in developing athletes and preparing them for competition.
• Maintain communication with the head coach and district staff to align with program goals.
