Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach to design and implement training sessions and game strategies.
• Provide individualized coaching to players for skill development and game IQ.
• Foster a positive environment promoting teamwork, discipline and sportsmanship.
• Monitor student-athletes' academic progress and eligibility for participation.
• Organize practices, games, and tournament logistics.
• Support during games with strategy execution and player management.
• Engage with parents to build a supportive community around the program.
• Participate in team meetings and coaching sessions to grow skills.
• Model and reinforce sportsmanship and ethical behavior.
