Qualifications

Connecticut teaching certification with coaching permit preferred or coaching certification.
Valid First Aid and CPR certificates required.
Module 15 concussion management certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and conduct all varsity field hockey practices and competitions.
Develop and implement game strategies and skill development programs.
Promote a positive and inclusive team culture.
Ensure compliance with district, league, and CIAC regulations.
Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, administration, and athletic staff.
Maintain and manage equipment and program needs.
Support the overall growth of the field hockey program.
