• Connecticut teaching certification with coaching permit preferred or coaching certification.

• Develop and implement game strategies and skill development programs.
• Promote a positive and inclusive team culture.
• Ensure compliance with district, league, and CIAC regulations.
• Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, administration, and athletic staff.
• Maintain and manage equipment and program needs.
• Support the overall growth of the field hockey program.
