Job Description

STARTING DATE: 25/26 school year

LOCATION: Pinckney Community High School

CONDITIONS: Contract Employment thru SafeEd

Salary in accordance to the provisions by Schedule B as outlined in the Master Agreement between the Board and the Pinckney Education Association.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Trained in the instruction of Cheer Technique and stunting.
  • Experience with choreography and with the instruction or coaching of middle school aged students.
  • Ability to work well with student athletes to provide a safe and rewarding learning experience and positive team culture.
  • Ability to facilitate practice and provide instruction and leadership.
  • Ability to hold Pirate Athletes to the highest standard both behaviorally and academically and to serve as a positive role model to student athletes, both on and off the field.
  • Ability to provide clear and consistent communications with students, parents, and appropriate staff regarding team procedures, organization and expectations, and student athlete issues.
  • Ability to motivate and encourage student athletes and resolve conflicts in a positive, productive manner.
