Qualifications

• A strong commitment to the positive development of the cheer program.
• Ability to build a good rapport with students and parents.
• Agree with and support TCA’s Doctrinal, Biblical and Mission statements.

Responsibilities

• Attend JV cheer practices during the season.
• Assist the JV Cheer Head Coach in planning practices.
• Choreograph and teach pep rally routines.
• Attend and assist with games, pep rallies, and cheer tryouts.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to instill teamwork and community

Experience working with high school girls in cheerleading

Knowledge of cheerlading techniques
