Job summary

Mountainside High School in Wittmann, AZ is seeking a MHS Assistant Baseball Coach - JV for a 10-week season and possible conference tournament travel. This is a part-time stipend position under the Nadaburg Unified School District 81 athletics program.

The successful candidate will assist the Head Coach with practices, scheduling transportation, and coordinating team events, while upholding all school and league rules and the Pursuing Victory with Honor pillars.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Must obtain and maintain First Aid/CPR Certification.
• Coaching experience required.

Responsibilities

• Attend practices and games.
• Demonstrate proper coaching methods and knowledge of rules.
• Assist planning and promoting athletic practices and events.
• Ensure eligibility policies are followed.
• Maintain care and inventory of equipment/uniforms.
• Promote Pursuing Victory with Honor values.
