Job summary

BAYS, Inc. in Florida is seeking a JDAP Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensuring adherence to mission and contracted outcomes.

The role requires mastery of policies, training requirements, and local resources to guide staff in delivering quality services to families. The supervisor will manage referrals, monitor staff performance, provide crisis support, ensure compliance with funding sources, and oversee invoicing and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience working with juvenile populations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License and Auto Insurance coverage.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, criminology or closely related field; Masters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial reviews of all referrals for program appropriateness and contract requirements.
• Ensure staff performance toward agency contract goals.
• Provide crisis management, debriefing, and consultation to staff when necessary.
• Ensure program staff comply with regulations and timelines of funding sources and contract standards.
• Ensure all invoicing is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Train and mentor staff on agency policies, procedures, and rules.
• Identify performance needs of staff and develop improvement plans.
• Collaborate with staff to identify program needs and service gaps.
