Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and mentor staff and manage youth safely.
• Ability to follow daily schedules and document events per policy.

Responsibilities

• Engages with youth to ensure safety, security and well-being.
• Mentor new security staff and assist with reporting and logs.
• Respond to emergencies and conduct security inspections.
• Monitor youth headcount and ensure proper grooming and supplies.
• Provide supervision and leadership in specialized programs and activities.
• Coordinate staff coverage and shifts; ensure policy compliance.
