Youth Services - Circleville Juvenile Correctional Facility in Circleville, Ohio is seeking a Unit Manager to lead a residential living unit, mentor youth, and ensure safety, health and structured programming within the facility.

The ideal candidate has a corrections background, can supervise staff such as Juvenile Correctional Officers, implement policies, and coordinate treatment plans, with a 40-hour weekly schedule and varied shifts.

Competenze

• 42 mos. trg. or 42 mos. exp. in youth programming services in secured environment.
• Experience implementing policies, health and safety requirements in a correctional setting.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate unit activities.

Mansioni

• Serve as unit administrator for assigned residential living unit(s) and supervise staff.
• Plan and coordinate health, safety, security, and structured programming.
• Maintain safety, security, and compliance with ACA, PREA, and relevant codes.
• Lead groups, manage incidents, and coordinate treatment plans and QA.
