NEW STARTING SALARY: $48,635. The agency emphasizes rehabilitation, teamwork, and community safety, with extensive training and benefits for dedicated service.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED and U.S. citizenship.
• 21 years old minimum and valid driver's license.
• Must complete DJJ training requirements and certification.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety, security, and well-being of youth on all posts and during transport.
• Maintain logs, headcounts, and incident reports in a timely manner.
• Respond to emergencies following agency protocols.
• Conduct routine security checks and searches as required.
• Serve on various facility posts to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Counsel youth to prevent incidents and reinforce positive behavior.
• Communicate with education, social work, and medical staff on rehabilitation plans.
• Supervise youth participation in treatment, education, recreation, and visits.
• Ensure proper medical care and timely work order requests.
• Complete reports on incidents and safety concerns per policy.
