Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate day-to-day operation of the Justice Court, including docket entries, summonses, subpoenas, warrants of arrest and judgments.
• Prepare and maintain court calendars and records, legal forms and files.
• Serve in court and communicate with attorneys, other courts, law enforcement, and the public.
• Prepare various statistical and administrative reports.
• Accept and track receipts, debts and balances; secure monies; may issue checks.
• Answer telephones, respond to questions, and route callers.
