$15.00 - $18.39 PER HOUR

GENERAL PURPOSE:

The purpose of this position is to operate in Harmons’ Just Burgers by preparing and assembling food and beverage orders, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and maximizing guest satisfaction. This includes working the register, mastering the grill, and preparing Wagyu Beef Burgers, Chicken Burgers, and fries to meet the high standards of Harmons’ guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of all products and services provided by Just Burgers.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the Just Burgers department according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints to promote the company image and increase customer confidence and loyalty.
• Work with eagerness, pride, and attention to detail.
• Prepare food and beverages from the Just Burgers menu.
• Show a desire for personal and professional growth.
• Set a professional and positive example for others.
• Communicate openly and frequently with your supervisor.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and productivity standards.
• Assist as needed to support the success of the department.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Interact daily with store associates.

TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following knowledge, skills, and abilities are preferred:

• High school diploma or GED preferred; experience in delicatessen, kitchen, or fast food is a plus.
• Passion for preparing and enjoying food, especially burgers.
• Ability to interpret policies and procedures.
• Dependability and ability to complete assigned tasks on time.
• Strong communication skills, including verbal and listening skills.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback and be accountable.

PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS:

The work environment is generally safe and comfortable but may involve exposure to cold, hot, and wet conditions. Physical demands include grasping, pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, twisting, crouching, reaching, repetitive motions, and coordination. Standing, walking, bending, climbing, and maneuvering objects weighing up to 50 pounds are required.
