Job description

The purpose of this position is to operate in Harmons' Just Burgers by preparing and assembling food and beverage orders, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and maximizing guest satisfaction. Associates will work in all aspects of the restaurant, from working the register to mastering the grill, with a focus on preparing Wagyu Beef Burgers, Chicken Burgers, and fries, while providing the exceptional service Harmons' guests expect.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of all products and services provided by Just Burgers.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance standards in the Just Burgers department.
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints to promote the company image and increase customer confidence and loyalty.
• Work with eagerness, pride, and attention to detail.
• Prepare food and beverages from the Just Burgers menu.
• Show a desire for personal and professional growth.
• Set a professional and positive example for others.
• Communicate openly and frequently with the supervisor.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and productivity standards.
• Assist as needed to ensure the success of the Just Burgers department.

MARGINAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Interact daily with store associates.

TRAINING & QUALIFICATIONS :

Applicants should be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, with one year of deli, kitchen, or fast food experience, or equivalent education, experience, and training. A current Food Handler's Permit is required.

PHYSICAL / SENSORY DEMANDS :

The work environment is generally safe and comfortable, with potential exposure to cold, hot, and wet conditions. The associate must be able to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch, reach, perform repetitive motions, and respond to inquiries. Standing, walking, bending, climbing, and maneuvering objects up to 50 pounds are required.
