Job summary

NEURA Robotics is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our technology-driven team. You will review, draft, and negotiate national and international contracts, including licenses, development and cooperation agreements, and NDAs, ensuring robust protection of intellectual property and strategic partnerships.

You will support governance matters, assess AI and data protection implications, and work closely with R&D, product management, and executives to safeguard the business while enabling innovation

Qualifications

• Degree in business law (LL.B., LL.M.) or comparable qualification.
• Comfort with technology-driven legal topics, including AI, data protection, and IP.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex legal matters clearly.
• Fluent in German and English at professional negotiation level.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate national and international contracts (license, development, cooperation, and NDAs).
• Ensure legal compliance across activities, with emphasis on IP and technology partnerships.
• Support corporate governance topics and related processes.
• Assess legal aspects of AI, data protection, and liability for autonomous systems and ML.
• Collaborate with R&D, product management, and leadership to guide strategic decisions from a legal view.

• You support corporate governance topics as well as corporate law matters and related processes.

• You assess legal aspects of artificial intelligence, data protection, and liability in the context of autonomous systems and machine learning.

• You work closely with R&D, product management, and executive leadership to safeguard and actively shape strategic business decisions from a legal perspective.
