Southwind, owner of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer in Jacksonville, FL. This is a physically active, customer-facing role providing on-site estimates, closing sales, and removing items for customers.

The position is full-time with 8–12 hour shifts, including weekends, and pays between $23–$30/hr plus base pay, profit sharing, and tips. Join an ambitious, energetic team that values integrity, teamwork, and ongoing development.

Overview: 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer to join our team! This is a physically active, customer-facing role where you'll provide on-site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items for our customers. We're hiringambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are committed to providingexceptional customer experiences.

Location: Jacksonville, FL
Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $23–$30/hr+ ($14 base + Profit Sharing + Tips) including:

- Overtime as needed

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site pricing and confidently close sales
