💸 Compensation & Perks

• Total Compensation: $23–$28/hr
• Starting Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hr
• Daily Tips (Cash + Card)
• Monthly Bonuses: $250–$800/month (after 3 months)
• $500 Driver Sign‑On Bonus (Must be approved as a driver and complete 3 months of driving)
• Raise eligibility 6 months after training
