What You’ll Do

• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate the volume, type, and cost of junk for removal.
• Utilize sales skills to convert inquiries into on-site sales.
• Pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
• Safely operate a junk removal truck, perform inspections, and secure the truck after each job.
• Provide exceptional customer service with on-site junk removal estimates.
• Use safe lifting techniques to remove unwanted items.
• Complete paperwork and process payments accurately.
• Make product recommendations and upsell services as needed.
• Work hard and have fun helping customers.

What We’re Looking For

We hire for attitude and train for skill; experience in general labor roles like truck driving, construction, landscaping, or warehouse work is helpful.

• Must be 18+ to be a helper, or 21+ to be a driver.
• 5-year driving history (1-year commercial driving experience preferred).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to self-dispatch using mobile junk software.
• Excellent work ethic and a positive, professional attitude.
• Physical stamina to lift/carry 100+ pounds repeatedly.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment background checks and random drug screens.
