Who We're Looking For:

  • Must have a valid NC driver’s license.

  • Sales Ability: Confidently explain services, overcome objections, and close jobs on-site. You are not just a worker — you’re the face of the company and responsible for securing the sale.
  • Customer Service: Deliver a friendly, professional experience that earns customer trust, loyalty, and referrals.
  • Leadership: Ability to eventually manage job sites, lead helpers, and maintain high standards of work and communication.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy objects throughout the day.
  • Problem-Solving: Think on your feet to handle unique situations at different job sites.

How You'll Grow:

  • Trainee: $14/hr + tips
  • Navigator: $14–15/hr + tips and bonuses
  • Junior Crew Leader: $16–17/hr + tips and bonuses
  • Senior Crew Leader: $18+/hr + tips and bonuses
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $14.00 – $18.00+ per hour + bonuses + tips
  • Benefits: Flexible schedule, paid time off, referral bonuses, additional bonus programs
  • Work Days: Monday–Friday, weekends as needed
