Job summary

Southwind Boise is seeking a Customer Experience Lead to energize our on-site team. You’ll blend sales mindset with hands-on service to create WOW moments, deliver clear estimates, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll drive pricing conversations, manage on-site sales, coordinate safe junk removal, operate box trucks, and uphold our brand standards through professional, energetic service. Full-time role with growth opportunities.

Pay: $22-$26/hour (Profit Share + Tips + $11/hr)

Role Overview:

Pay Range: $22-$26 (Total Compensation)

• Base hourly rate
• Tips
• Uncapped profit share & performance incentives
• Overtime

Schedule: Full-time: 4-5 shifts per week

• 1 mandatory weekend shift
• 3-4 weekday shifts
• Shifts run 8-10 hours and typically begin at 7am or 12pm depending on business needs
• Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week
