Job summary

MSI Computer Corp. is seeking a talented Junior Web & Graphic Designer to support the product marketing team for local campaigns. You will create a wide range of marketing and digital assets, update website graphics, and assist with basic HTML edits.

Ideal candidates have experience with Adobe Creative Suite and a solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong attention to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with both digital and print design.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, with ability to edit existing code.
• Strong attention to detail following brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing and digital design materials: print collateral, web banners, landing pages, eBlasts, Amazon A+ content, brochures, flyers, trade show graphics.
• Design and update website graphics and promotional content while maintaining brand consistency.
• Create and update eBlast layouts, including basic HTML editing when needed.
• Work with HTML/CSS pages to update content, images, layout and styling (no full site development).
• Retouch and optimize product images for web, e-commerce and marketing use.
• Create and edit simple marketing videos and motion graphics as needed.
• Support ongoing website content updates and day-to-day marketing design tasks.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for digital and print applications.
• Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.

What you will NEED:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.


• Good understanding of graphic design, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.


• Experience or coursework in both digital and print design.


• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to understand and edit existing code.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand/design guidelines while still bringing creative ideas.


• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to project needs and feedback.


• Good communication and organizational skills.


• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with web banners, landing pages, e-commerce content, or email marketing design.


• Experience with basic video editing or motion graphics.


• Experience with product image retouching.


• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or website content management is a plus.


• Previous professional design experience is preferred, but we are open to candidates at different experience levels who demonstrate strong potential and the right skill set.


• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and the ability to use them appropriately to improve workflow efficiency while maintaining design quality, brand consistency, and creative judgment.
