Job summary

Berkshire Hathaway Shoe Holdings is seeking a Front-End Developer to maintain SFRA storefronts and help build a multi-brand React design system. You’ll translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect front-end code and test components with Storybook.

Collaborate with design teams to implement accessible, fast, SEO-friendly interfaces and contribute to a token-driven theming architecture. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape the design system as it grows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with modern CSS and responsive design principles.
• Experience with ISML templating or willingness to learn quickly.
• Expertise with modern CSS including Flexbox, Grid, and advanced styling techniques.
• Experience working closely with design teams to implement UI/UX designs.
• Knowledge of version control with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong understanding of accessibility principles and web performance basics.
• Working knowledge of React including functional components and hooks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Salesforce Commerce Cloud storefronts built on SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture).

• Tokens and tooling: familiarity with design tokens, Storybook, or Style Dictionary
• Component libraries: experience with Tailwind CSS, class-variance-authority (CVA), or Radix UI
