The candidate will support analysis of customer needs and help enhance web experiences. You will work under supervision and perform low to moderate complexity tasks using CMS, HTML, CSS to update pages, ensure accessibility, and follow SEO practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, web design or related field.
• Strong fundamentals in CMS, CSS, HTML and UX concepts.
• Experience or understanding of WCAG/508 accessibility and SEO basics.

Responsibilities

• Assist with website enhancement projects and documentation.
• Code, test, deploy and support minor UX styling changes across sites.
• Provide ongoing technical support to stakeholders and content owners.
• Draft content using SEO best practices in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency with security and brand guidelines for crisis communications.
