Job summary

Settlor Inc. seeks a Junior Web Application Developer in a hybrid Denver role. You’ll build and maintain real estate software, ship features with code reviews, and grow into higher responsibilities.

You’ll work with Vue 3 and RESTful APIs, using AI tools daily to accelerate development while keeping quality top of mind. The team emphasizes collaboration, craft, and data-driven decision making. A related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with a pathway to more senior work

Qualifications

• 1+ years of building production web applications.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot defects with solid debugging approaches and grow anticipation of problems.
• Use AI coding agents daily, with review discipline to catch issues before users see them.
• Participate in code reviews and apply established design patterns.
• Collaborate with product, support and senior engineers to turn requirements into working software.
• Learn real estate, title, and escrow terminology to reason about problems beyond tickets.
• Leave clear notes and documentation so future you can move quickly.
