Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• 4-year ABET-accredited engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in Engineering is a plus; exposure to engineering software helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepares plan details, quantities, cost estimates and calculations for project segments.
• Assists in preparation of technical specifications.
• Evaluates bids and drawings to ensure compliance with specs.
• Reviews and approves design drawings within defined limits.
• Prepares technical reports or sections of larger reports.
• Occasionally performs field tests, measurements and data collection.
• Supports proposal team or proposal manager as needed.
