Job summary

Anchor QEA is seeking a water resources engineer to help expand our practice in the Pacific Northwest, focusing on technical work across water resources, civil design, and habitat restoration projects. Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Civil or Water Resources Engineering (or equivalent).
  • EIT certification.
  • Washington PE license or plan to obtain within 3 years.
  • 1–4 years of experience in water resources planning, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and design/construction.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and H&H modeling software.
  • Willingness to work on diverse water resources and restoration projects.

Responsibilities

  • Perform technical analyses and support civil engineering design documents for water resources management, water supply, conveyance, storage, stormwater, and habitat restoration.
  • Perform calculations and complete hydrologic and hydraulic modeling in support of water resources projects.
  • Prepare written reports and technical studies.
  • Support development of civil engineering design drawings, specifications, and opinions of probable cost.
