Eclipse Trading is seeking a Junior Trading Analyst to join its Volatility Trading team. This on-site role in a global Quant and Integration group involves working with traders to codify market intuition into production-ready algorithms.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience on a high to mid-frequency volatility desk and a strong foundation in quantitative methods, Python, and data analysis. A collaborative, growth-oriented environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience on a volatility trading desk.
• Experience developing and deploying trading models with traders.
• Background in pricing, risk or statistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative analysis to improve existing strategies and develop new ones.
• Collaborate with traders and quants to identify problems and implement solutions.
• Estimate fair value and price sensitivity of instruments using quantitative models.
• Design and deploy automation tools to improve trading workflows.
