Job summary

Buck Mason is seeking a Junior Visual Merchandiser to help bring our in-store experience to life with an architectural approach to product. This role is hands-on, rooted in California style, and focused on creating a cohesive, trend-aware shop floor.

You will collaborate with the Visual Team and Store Leadership to execute floor moves and styling moments that stop customers in their tracks while upholding brand guidelines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or visual merchandising experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to lift, climb, and get dusty in the name of good design.
• Willingness to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and execution of visual updates.
• Style product displays with intention, aligned with brand guidelines.
• Maintain visual standards across the store — lighting, signage and folding.
• Collaborate with store leadership to make best visual decisions.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising Manager to plan floor moves.
• Stay aware of campaigns, launches and update visuals accordingly.
• Organize in-store events and communicate visual priorities to the team.
• Schedule monthly store visits with district and visual managers.
