Job summary

CardsHQ is seeking a Jr. Video Editor for an on-site role in Atlanta, GA. You will transform raw footage into engaging long-form YouTube and digital content, including studio shows, vlogs, interviews, and event content.

You’ll focus on pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement while collaborating with a creative team. Responsibilities include assembling rough cuts, color correction, sound syncing, basic motion graphics, and preparing assets for various platforms.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of video editing experience (professional, freelance, or personal)
• Strong sense of pacing, flow, and visual storytelling
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced creative environment
• Willingness to receive feedback and improve

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form and short-form YouTube/digital content from raw footage to final delivery
• Incorporate music, SFX, graphics, transitions, color, and other elements
• Collaborate with editors, producers and creatives to improve content quality
• Manage multiple editing projects and meet production deadlines
• Occasionally assist with filming, live streams, and media/data management
• Support content production at major industry events, including some weekend travel
• Develop editing and storytelling skills with the production team
