Chesterton Academy of Our Lady of Victory, a joyful and growing Catholic classical high school in Littleton, Colorado, is seeking a JV girls Volleyball Coach to join this fall season (starting Aug 6, 2026 ideally). Our JV team does not practice everyday, but we are in CHSAA. Practices start at 4 pm and games start between 4-5 pm. Practices and games only happen on weekdays. Our school is Catholic so we are looking for someone who has volleyball experience and is part of the Catholic faith (practicing). Our ideal coach leads with their faith, is a great mentor, and is able to help develop players.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• 6-10 hours per week depending on game and practice schedule
• Practice planning i.e., drills, conditioning, scrimmaging etc.
• Planning lineups, subbing, etc. for gameplay.

Qualifications

• Volleyball coaching or elite playing experience (club in high school with high school experience and/or college experience and/or several years of coaching).
• Actively practicing the Catholic faith.
• Local-ish to Littleton, CO (must have a reliable car).
• Able to pass a background check, driving check, and complete safe training (mandated reporter) and CHSAA required training to work with high school student-athletes.
• Willingness to be early to practices and games and create your own practice plans.
