Job summary

Young Living Essential Oils is seeking an entry-level UX/UI Designer I to support the creation of intuitive web and mobile interfaces. You will collaborate with product, marketing and development teams to produce wireframes, mockups and prototypes, contributing to user-centered design under guidance.

As part of the A/B testing team in Marketing, you will assist UX research and usability testing, ensure designs align with brand guidelines, and support accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 0–2 years of UX/UI design experience.
• Strong portfolio of UI design work.
• Ability to work with guidance in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting UX research, including surveys and usability testing.
• Collaborate with Web Analytics and BI teams to prioritize tests and variants.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and final UI assets that follow brand guidelines.
• Work with product managers and developers to align design with functionality and aesthetics.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
