Job Description: UI/UX Designer at TransPerfect

What You Will Be Doing:

1. Design and maintain web and mobile application interfaces based on project requirements.
2. Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand and implement project needs.
3. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for mobile and web platforms.
4. Conduct user research and usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs.
5. Ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across all platforms.
6. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
8. Present and communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
9. Refine designs based on feedback and data analysis.
10. Adhere to established brand guidelines and design systems for a cohesive visual identity.

Who We Are Looking For:

Required Experience:

• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Knowledge of responsive design for mobile and web applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
