The role involves preparing plans, calculations, design reports, and memos with guidance, and collaborating with owners, contractors, and staff. You will gain increasing responsibility as you develop technical expertise and contribute to complex tunnel and trenchless work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, or related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience in geotechnical, tunnel, or trenchless projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical deliverables per client specs with guidance.
• Prepare plans, calculations, design reports, and memos with guidance.
• Communicate technical information clearly in meetings with owners, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Perform tunnel-related calculations and numerical analyses in support of design.
• Assist with geotechnical data reports and GBRs/GBRs.
• Support with geotechnical parameters from reports and project docs.
• Assist with structural aspects of tunnel and shaft projects, including supports.
• Observe field construction as needed.
• Field-based work including nights and weekends; office work during regular hours.
