Job summary

Rivet Operations Company in the Washington DC metro area (Landover, MD) is hiring Transportation Specialists to support DIA logistics. Responsibilities include routing, dispatch coordination, scheduling, and document control for shipments, with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with routing, dispatch coordination, delivery/pick-up scheduling, and tracking shipments/moves.
• Support loading/unloading and in-transit protection of furniture/property.
• Prepare and maintain transportation documentation per DIA procedures.
• Monitor item counts, conditions, and discrepancy reporting.
• Follow site access, safety, and security procedures; report incidents promptly.
