Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4 years experience in civil engineering in urban street design and/or development review required.
• 3 years detailed traffic analysis or engineering review required, preferably in an urban municipal environment.
• A combination of education and/or experience may substitute for the education requirement on a basis of two (2) years of experience per one (1) year of Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Review development proposals for transportation conformance with Loveland standards.
• Independently research records for development proposals.
• Formulate conditions of approval for transportation issues on building permits/planning applications.
• Analyze proposals for compliance with ordinances and transportation policies.
• Assist with updates to the LC UASS and related standards.
