Job summary

Ayres, an employee-owned firm, invites you to join our Green Bay Transportation group. You will contribute to design projects under a Project Manager, using AutoCAD and Civil 3D to craft plans and specifications while coordinating with public agencies.

We value collaboration and offer pathways for growth; entry-level to 4 years of experience welcomed, with a bachelor’s in civil engineering and a plan to complete the FE exam. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Entry level to 4 years of related engineering experience.
• Knowledge of Civil3D and/or AutoCAD software.
• FE exam (planned) or commitment to take FE in the future.

Responsibilities

• Perform design engineering duties using AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D under supervision of the Project Manager.
• Assist with construction observation/administration under supervision of a Project Construction Leader.
• Prepare design documents, reports, quantities, plans, and specifications.
• Build effective working relationships with employees and clients.
• Coordinate with public agencies and attend project meetings under supervision of the Project Manager.
